New Board Members
Anela Barbanell
Anela Barbanell serves as the Assistant Vice President of the Community & Economic Development team at Midwest BankCentre. Her family moved to St. Louis 30 years ago as second-time refugees from Bosnia & Herzegovina. Anela has actively contributed to our Finance and Research & Advocacy Committees. Katie Bowring
Katie Bowring is the Senior Communications Manager at Enterprise Mobility, where she strategically communicates with key stakeholders for the organization’s Global Replacement & Leisure Division and Entegral software subsidiary. Katie has been an integral part of SouthSide's Research & Advocacy Committee since 2018 and joined our Marketing and Communications Committee in 2021. Her expertise in strategic communications are invaluable to our team. Welcome, Katie!
Traci Brown
Traci Brown is the Principal of Brand and EJ Agency at Edward Jones. Over her 23-year tenure, she has held various impactful roles within the Edward Jones Experience, Brand, and Marketing organization. Traci currently leads the Brand Center of Excellence, focusing on differentiating the Edward Jones brand and developing national investor campaigns. She joined SouthSide's Marketing and Communications Committee earlier this year. Welcome, Traci!
Ryan Hawkins
Ryan Hawkins is the Senior Vice President of Washington Media Group and President of SabrePoint Public Affairs, LLC. Originally from Oklahoma City and now via Washington, DC., Ryan brings over 25 years of experience in public engagement campaigns. As the founder of the AAPC Pollie Award-winning Winding Creek Group, Ryan has a diverse background in corporate communications and public policy. Welcome, Ryan!
