A Special Thank You to Two Amazing Board Members!

This month, SouthSide Early Childhood Center held its 127th annual meeting! It's a wonderful tradition, one that serves a governance and social function. As we have for many years, SouthSide's donors, volunteers, friends, Board and staff celebrated the successes of the past year and looked ahead to the opportunities in our future. We also said farewell to two of our longest-serving Board members, Gina Hoagland and Diane Kalishman, who take a break from Board service after three successive terms. Gina had dedicated her talents and energy to the Board in two separate stretches for a total of 17 years, and Diane for 9! Over the years both served key leadership roles - Gina as Board President and Diane as Secretary and Chair of the Development Committee. We will miss them on the Board but know they will be with us in other roles and continue to be passionate advocates for SouthSide and for our children and families. Thank you Gina and Diane for your dedication, talent and love for SouthSide!
